Hi, I'm Elouise Kempton! At 37 I discovered a passion for massage, and thankfully, I'm pretty good at it!

It started with the initial qualifications, but what I really love is bringing you the most current, evidence lead treatments and information.

Massage doesn't work in the way we once thought, but it definitely works. Using the latest research and studies I am confident we can work together and create improvement for you. As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and help my clients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.

I received my level 3 diploma in Sports Massage from ESCG. Level 4 was studied at Kent Sports Academy. I spent 2 days in Central London at the beginning of 2022 studying medical acupuncture with OMT Training at The College of Osteopaths.
