BOOKING FEES, CANCELLATIONS, RE-SCHEDULES & NO-SHOWS

 

A £10 non refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking which is deducted from the total service cost at the appointment. 

I operate a 48 hour amendments policy.  You can re-schedule or amend your appointment online until 48 hours before the appointment without charge. Within 48 hours of the appointment  this must be done by phone/message and will forfeit the booking fee.

 

Cancellation (without rebooking) at any time will forfeit the booking fee.

All cancellations and amendments made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur the full
treatment cost.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive too late to enable the booked treatment to be carried out it will be necessary to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged for the missed appointment as a late cancellation.

The website does not retain your card details.

REFUNDS

If you need to cancel and request a refund, this needs to be requested within 28 days from date of payment. 

Refunds will be made in the form of a gift voucher.
