Service Description

Our personalised 30-minute consultation is designed for anyone who is unsure what may be happening in their body and would like extra time to explore their concerns. We provide an inclusive, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable discussing your health and wellbeing. During this session, we’ll review your symptoms, health history, and goals, and work together to create a tailored plan to support your improvement. If you already have a clear idea of the issue you’d like treated, you don’t need to book this assessment. We can cover the details at the start of your treatment appointment and adapt the session to your needs.
